The invention discloses a crown block operation control method and crown block equipment, and the crown block operation control method comprises the steps: obtaining an image collected by visual detection equipment on a crown block in real time in the moving process of the crown block; determining a traffic environment in a certain range in front of the crown block based on an image acquired by visual inspection equipment on the crown block and acquired in real time and information acquired from a scheduling system; whether the crown block where the visual detection equipment is located needs to enter a protection operation mode or not is determined at least according to the passing environment within a certain range in front of the crown block; and controlling the moving speed of the visual inspection equipment based on the real-time distance between the crown block on which the visual inspection equipment is located and another crown block moving in the same direction in front of the crown block determined by the real-time acquired image acquired by the visual inspection equipment when entering a protection operation mode. Compared with traditional radar or laser positioning, the method has higher precision and reliability through a visual scheme.

    本发明揭示了一种天车运行控制方法及天车设备,其中天车运行控制方法,在一天车移动过程中,实时获取所述天车上的视觉检测设备采集的图像,并基于实时获取的所述天车上的视觉检测设备采集的图像及从调度系统处获取的信息确定所述天车前方一定范围内的通行环境;至少根据所述天车前方一定范围内的通行环境来确定所述视觉检测设备所在的天车是否需要进入防护运行模式;在进入防护运行模式时,基于所述实时获取的所述视觉检测设备采集的图像确定的所述视觉检测设备所在天车与其前方的沿相同方向移动的另一天车之间的实时距离控制所述视觉检测设备的移动速度。本发明通过视觉方案,相比传统的雷达或激光定位,具有更高的精度和可靠性。
