The invention discloses a robot interaction cooperation method and device. The robot interaction cooperation method comprises the following steps of S1, position recognition, S2, supporting plate fixing, and S3, carrying. And a supporting plate assembly, a first carrying trolley and a second carrying trolley are included. The two carrying trolleys are arranged; a supporting plate can be matched with the carrying trolleys for use; a fixing mechanism is arranged on each carrying trolley; and connecting plates used in cooperation with the fixing mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the supporting plate, the supporting plate can be lifted and pushed to move through the carrying trolleys, the first carrying trolley and the second carrying trolley are clear in division of labor, the firstcarrying trolley is small in size and used for steering and control, and the second carrying trolley is large in size and used for pushing the supporting plate and the first carrying trolley to move.Compared with traditional material transferring equipment, the device is reasonable in design, by arranging the two carrying trolleys with different functions, carrying of the supporting plate can beautomatically completed, a large amount of labor force is liberated, and production cost is effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种机器人交互协同方法及装置,包括如下步骤:S1、位置识别,S2、托板固定,S3、搬运;以及托板组件、第一搬运小车以及第二搬运小车。本发明通过设置两个搬运小车,以及可以与搬运小车配合使用的托板,在搬运小车上设有固定机构,而托板的两端设有与固定机构配合使用的连接板,通过搬运小车可将托板抬起,并推动其运动,第一搬运小车和第二搬运小车分工明确,第一搬运小车体积小,用来转向和控制,第二搬运小车体积大,用来推动托板和第一搬运小车运动。与传统的物料转运设备相比,本发明设计合理,通过设置两个不同功能的搬运小车,可自动完成托板的搬运,解放了大量的劳动力,有效地降低了生产成本。
