The invention relates to a crown block control device. The crown block control device comprises a remote controller, a main circuit power supply, a protection control disc, a main hook control disc, a cart control disc and a trolley control disc. An original old manner that a remote controller is used for controlling a contactor to realize motor speed adjustment is changed, and the speed adjustment of a motor is realized by directly controlling a frequency converter through the remote controller, so that a plurality of intermediate links of a circuit are realized. A remote controller control system and a cam control system can be subjected to one-key type switching so that two operation systems of a crown block are realized, and the two operation systems are not interfered with each other. The crown block control device lays foundation for the further development of the control of a crown block electric appliance.
