This paper aims at developing the new cleaning technology in the field of railway to clean the track automatically. This will help in reduction of diseases which occurs for people who cleans the railway track. The wastes on the track will be collected by using centrifugal force on the rotating brushes. The tracks are sprayed with disinfectants automatically using sprayers, which will also be used to reduce the spreading of disease. This paper adopts new emerging electronic technology to reduce the manpower which helps the world to reduce the death which will be caused because of the wastes on the tracks. The robot proposed here is working on the principle based on centrifugal force that collects the waste from the track. After collecting the wastes, the disinfectant is sprayed automatically with the help of sprayers. The designed Robot is vibration resistant which is made of mild steel.
