First, the paper studies an efficient numerical algorithm for signal's fractional calculus and wavelet transform. It studies Grumwald-Letnikov definition for fractional calculus. Then it dissertates a numerical algorithm for signal's fractional calculus based on Grumwald-Letnikov definition. It studies the relationship between the fractional calculus and wavelet transform. Then it dissertates an efficient numerical algorithm for signal's fractional calculus based on wavelet transform. Last, the paper puts forward and analyzes how to implement any fractional order bionic neural-type pulse oscillator by efficient numerical algorithm for signal's fractional calculus. By computer simulation, the fractional order bionic neural-type pulse wave accurately simulates actual biology neural-type pulse wave's shape characteristic by and large.
