Provided are an apparatus and a method for controlling regenerative braking in a hybrid vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for controlling regenerative braking in a hybrid vehicle comprises: a request braking torque calculation unit configured to calculate braking torque required by a driver; a regenerative braking maximum torque calculation unit configured to calculate regenerative braking maximum torque based on a current operation state of a hybrid vehicle; and a cooperation control unit configured to perform regenerative braking in accordance with the regenerative braking maximum torque and friction braking in accordance with friction braking torque by calculating the friction braking torque in accordance with difference between the required braking torque and the regenerative braking maximum torque when the required braking torque is greater than the regenerative braking maximum torque.

    하이브리드 차량의 회생제동 제어장치 및 그 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 회생제동 제어장치는 운전자에 의해 요구되는 제동토크를 산출하는 요구 제동토크 산출부; 하이브리드 차량의 현재의 동작 상태에 기반하여 회생제동 최대토크를 산출하는 회생제동 최대토크 산출부; 및 요구 제동토크가 회생제동 최대토크보다 큰 경우, 요구 제동토크와 회생제동 최대토크의 차이에 따라 마찰 제동토크를 산출하여 회생제동 최대토크에 따른 회생제동 및 마찰 제동토크에 따른 마찰제동을 수행하도록 제어하는 협조제어부;를 포함한다.
