The present invention relates to a method for controlling a braking force in a regenerative brake cooperation system of a new type which can satisfy all features such as vehicle safety, breaking performance, and fuel efficiency in an eco-vehicle (hybrid, electric car, fuel cell car, etc.) which performs regenerative brake in a front wheel, a rear wheel, or the front wheel and the rear wheel. So, the method includes a first step of distributing the braking force of the front wheel and the rear wheel, and a second step of distributing the braking force of the front wheel and the rear wheel according to a reference brake distribution ratio.
