The present invention relates to a torque intervention method for a hybrid vehicle. The torque intervention method includes: a step in which the execution of a TCS intervention operation is determined in the same manner as a controller of an existing traction control system (TCS) determines whether to drive the TCS by determining a wheel slip and vehicle acceleration; a step in which a direct intervention value of the TCS is calculated with reference to a torque (Tq) reference of a hydraulic control unit (HCU); a step in which an entity controlling an engine and a motor is switched to the controller of the TCS from a controller of the HCU; and a step in which an electronic control unit (ECU) and a microprocessor control unit (MCU) are controlled by a torque command from the TCS while ignoring a torque command from the HCU when an operation bit of the TCS becomes true. The TCS controller directly controls the torque of the engine and the motor during an operation of the TCS to improve performance of the TCS.
본 발명은 종래 TCS의 제어기가 휠슬립과 차량가속도를 판단하여 TCS를 작동시키는 것과 동일하게 TCS의 Intervention 실행 여부를 판단하고, HCU의 Tq(Torque) Reference를 참조하여 TCS의 Direct Intervention 값을 계산한 후에 엔진 및 모터 제어 주체를 HCU의 제어기에서 TCS의 제어기로 변경하여 TCS의 작동 Bit가 True가 되면 HCU의 토크 명령을 무시하고 TCS의 토크 명령에 의해 ECU 및 MCU가 제어하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 하이브라드차량의 토크 중재방법을 제공함으로써, TCS 작동 시 엔진과 모터의 토크를 TCS제어기가 직접 제어하여 TCS의 성능이 향상되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
