The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling torque intervention of a hybrid vehicle for a driving power restriction required while a vehicle is driven. The present invention combines, into one, a torque intervention by a transmission and a torque intervention by a brake, that is, the torque intervention performed in shifting a gear and the torque intervention performed in braking to be functioned, thereby effectively reacting in real time to a situation that the torque intervention is repetitively required by a transmission controller and a brake controller.

    본 발명은 차량 주행 중에 요청되는 구동력 제한을 위한 하이브리드 차량의 토크 인터벤션 제어 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 변속에 의한 토크 인터벤션과 제동에 의한 토크 인터벤션 즉, 변속시에 수행되는 토크 인터벤션과 제동시에 수행되는 토크 인터벤션을 하나로 통합하여 기능하도록 함으로써 변속 제어기와 브레이크 제어기에서 토크 인터벤션이 중복 요청되는 상황을 효과적으로 실시간 대응하기 위한 하이브리드 차량의 토크 인터벤션 제어 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
