To detect completion timing of boarding/exiting when boarding/exiting time is shorter than a predetermined station stop time, calculate the boarding/exiting time, and reflect it in an operation plan.SOLUTION: An operation planning system comprises a train boarding/exiting time estimation device having a data acquisition unit for acquiring time information, information on stations where trains stop, parameters related to passenger weight of the train, train speed, and door opening/closing state, a passenger weight calculation unit for calculating the passenger weight from the parameter, a reference weight calculation unit for calculating reference weight after boarding/exiting the train during a time period from the time when the door changes from opening state to closing state until the train speed becomes greater than zero, by using the train speed, the door opening/closing state, and the passenger weight, a boarding/exiting time estimation unit for estimating the boarding/exiting time by comparing the passenger weight and the reference weight after boarding/exiting the train during the time from the door opening state to the door closing state, by using the door opening/closing state, the passenger weight, and the reference weight after boarding/exiting the train, and an operation planning device for acquiring the boarding/exiting time at each station from the boarding/exiting time estimation device and creating an operation plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】既定の駅停車時分よりも乗降時分が短い場合の乗降完了タイミングを検知して乗降時分を算出し運行計画に反映させる。【解決手段】運行計画作成システムとして、時刻情報、列車が停車する駅情報、当該列車の乗客重量に関連するパラメータ、列車速度およびドアの開閉状態を取得するデータ取得部と、パラメータから乗客重量を算出する乗客重量算出部と、列車速度、ドアの開閉状態および乗客重量を用いて、ドアの開状態から閉状態への変化時点から列車速度が0より大きくなるまでの時間における乗降後基準重量を算出する基準重量算出部と、ドアの開閉状態、乗客重量および乗降後基準重量を用いて、ドアが開状態から閉状態になるまでの時間における乗客重量と乗降後基準重量との比較から乗降時分を推定する乗降時分推定部とを有する乗降時分推定装置と、乗降時分推定装置から各駅の乗降時分を取得して運行計画を作成する運行計画作成装置とを備える。【選択図】図1
