To execute highly accurate hull control of suppressing impact of disturbance.SOLUTION: A hull control device includes an acquisition unit and an estimated value calculation unit. The acquisition unit acquires wind velocity Var, wind direction DRar, vessel speed U, and bow azimuth ψh. The estimated value calculation unit calculates a first estimation value δte0 of a trim rudder angle against disturbance on the basis of information regarding fluid force of a hull based on configuration of the hull and information acquired by the acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
