To provide a vehicle controller that can accurately estimate an amount of wear of a bearing.SOLUTION: A vehicle controller acquires a cumulative load of a bearing holding part of a gear of a power transmission device from torque of a drive power source, the number of revolutions of the gear and the operating time of the power transmission device, calculates an internal damage load of the bearing holding part from the cumulative load, and estimates an amount of wear of the bearing holding part on the basis of the cumulative load, dimensions of the bearing holding part, and internal loss of the bearing holding part. When the vehicle controller determines that there is abnormal input in the bearing holding part on the basis of the cumulative load, it calculates the cumulative number of times of determining the abnormal input and the internal damage load, and when both the cumulative number of times and the internal damage load are equal to or more than a threshold, it calculates an internal loss correction coefficient for correcting the internal loss, and executes estimation of the wear amount reflecting the internal loss correction coefficient (step S5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
