To improve accuracy of the inversion position of a wiper.SOLUTION: A device of the present invention is a rotation angle correction device 70 of a motor 20 comprising a rotary shaft that rotates normally and reversely in the range of a prescribed angle and a rotary shaft sensor 65 that outputs an analog signal corresponding to the rotation angle of the rotary shaft. The device comprises: a rotation angle measurement unit 71 for measuring the actual rotation angle of the rotary shaft; an error calculation unit 72 for calculating an error angle that is a difference between an estimated angle, i.e., a rotation angle of the rotary shaft calculated from the analog signal and an actual measurement angle, i.e., a rotation angle of the rotary shaft measured by the rotation angle measurement unit 71; an error estimation unit 73 for generating an approximate curve of the error angles of the rotary shaft to the rotation angles based on multiple actual measurement angles and the values of the error angles corresponding to the actual measurement angles; and an inversion position setting unit 74 for setting an inversion position of the motor 20 based on the approximate curve of the error angles generated by the error estimation unit 73.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
