To direct a camera to an unmanned flying object with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: On the basis of a given camera direction, which is the direction of a camera (25) of a first unmanned flying object (20A), a target angle acquisition unit (160) acquires a first target angle (θ1) which is an angle in a rotational direction about an axis (Ax1) along a pitch axis (Axa) of the first unmanned flying object, and a second target angle (θ2) which is an angle in a rotational direction about an axis (Ax2) along a yaw axis (Axb) of the first unmanned flying object. A drive control unit (170) drives a support structure for supporting the camera so that the camera faces the direction of the first target angle in the rotational direction about an axis along a pitch axis of the first unmanned flying object. A flight control unit (130) rotates the first unmanned flying object so that the camera faces the direction of the second target angle in the rotational direction about the axis along the yaw axis of the first unmanned flying object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
