To provide a flight airspace management system making it possible to attain both safe flight of an unmanned flying object within a flight airspace and effective utilization of the flight airspace.SOLUTION: An airspace management system 10 manages a flight airspace tubularly set along a flight route of an unmanned flying object 2. The airspace management system 10 includes an aviation permission/rejection setting unit 101 that sets for each segmental airspace, which is segmented by dividing the flight airspace in an intersecting direction intersecting a route direction of the flight route, an aviation permission or rejection indicating whether the flight of the unmanned flying object 2 is permitted or not, an information output unit 102 that outputs flight airspace information including the aviation permission or rejection set for each segmental airspace, and an aviation route determination unit 103 that selects a segmental airspace which satisfies an aviation requirement on the basis of the flight airspace information, and determines an aviation route along which the unmanned flying object 2 aviates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
