To provide a vehicular driving device configured to comprise a planetary gear mechanism, whose dimension in a radial direction can be reduced.SOLUTION: A vehicular driving device 100 is equipped with: an input member I that is drive-connected to an internal combustion engine EG; a first output member O1 that is drive-connected to a first wheel W1; a first rotary electric machine MG1 comprising a first rotor RT1; and a planetary gear mechanism PG1 which is provided with a first rotation element E1 drive-connected to the input member I, a second rotation element E2 drive-connected to the first output member O1 and a third rotation element E3 drive-connected to the first rotor RT1. The planetary gear mechanism PG1 is not provided with a ring gear and is provided with a carrier CA1 that supports a first pinion gear P11 and a second pinion gear P12, a first sun gear S11 that engages with the first pinion gear P11 and a second sun gear S12 that engages with the second pinion gear P12, where the rotation elements E1, E2 and E3 are any of the first sun gear S11, the second sun gear S12 and the carrier CA1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
