To enable use of a common driving source between an oil pump and a parking lock mechanism and secure rotation torque for operating the packing lock mechanism efficiently.SOLUTION: A vehicular driving device includes: a motor: a first rotary shaft member; a first one-way clutch connected to the first rotary shaft member; an oil pump which is connected to the first rotary shaft member through the first one-way clutch so as to operate in response to rotation of the motor in a first rotation direction; a second rotary shaft member which is offset relative to the first rotary shaft member in a radial direction; a speed reduction mechanism provided between the first rotary shaft member and the second rotary shaft member; a second one-way clutch which is connected to the second rotary shaft member so that the second rotary shaft member rotates in response to rotation of the motor in a second rotation direction; and a mechanism driving member which is provided at the second rotary shaft member and drives a parking lock mechanism. The mechanism driving member is disposed at the opposite side of the oil pump across the speed reduction mechanism in an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
