To provide a vehicular driving device that can easily secure sufficient driving force of a second rotary electric machine, in switching an operation mode accompanied by upshift.SOLUTION: A control device, when switching an operation mode from a first mode in which a gear shifter forms a first gearshift stage and at least an internal combustion engine transmits driving force to a first output member into a second mode in which the gear shifter forms a second gearshift stage which is smaller in gearshift rate than the first gearshift stage and at least the internal combustion engine transmits driving force to the first output member, executes gearshift-control by which driving force of the second rotary electric machine is increased in the first mode and then a state of the gear shifter is brought from a state where the first gearshift stage is formed, through a neutral state where neither of a plurality of gearshift stages is formed, into a state where the second gearshift stage is formed, and then driving force of the second rotary electric machine is reduced in the second mode. In the gearshift control, the device makes the first rotary electric machine generate power by the driving force of the internal combustion engine and supplies at least portion of the power obtained through the power generation to the second rotary machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】アップシフトを伴う動作モードの切り替えの際に、第2回転電機の駆動力を十分に確保することが容易な車両用駆動装置を提供する。【解決手段】制御装置は、変速機が第1変速段を形成し、少なくとも内燃機関が第1出力部材に駆動力を伝達する第1モードから、変速機が第1変速段よりも変速比が小さい第2変速段を形成し、少なくとも内燃機関が第1出力部材に駆動力を伝達する第2モードに、動作モードを切り替える場合に、第1モードにて第2回転電機の駆動力を増加させた後、変速機の状態を、第1変速段を形成した状態から、複数の変速段のいずれも形成しないニュートラル状態を経て、第2変速段を形成した状態とし、第2モードにて第2回転電機の駆動力を減少させる変速制御を実行し、変速制御では、内燃機関の駆動力により第1回転電機に発電を行わせ、当該発電により得られた電力の少なくとも一部を第2回転電機に供給する。【選択図】図6
