PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress gear shift shock without deteriorating energy efficiencies during down shifting of an automatic transmission.SOLUTION: The vehicular driving device comprises an engine, an automatic transmission, and a regeneration device linked to an input shaft of the automatic transmission. The automatic transmission has a first friction fastening element, fastening of which is necessary to attain a high gear stage and a second friction fastening element, fastening of which is necessary to attain a low gear stage. During down shifting from the high gear stage to the low gear stage, fastening force of the first friction fastening element is reduced so that the first friction fastening element can slip and fastening force of the second friction fastening element is increased so that the fastening of the second friction fastening element is completed after synchronization completion timing at which rotation speed of the input shaft which increases accompanying the reduction of the fastening force reaches synchronous rotation speed. Further, a mode of the regeneration device is switched to a regenerative mode so that counter torque is imparted to the input shaft from the regeneration device at the synchronization completion timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】自動変速機のダウンシフト変速時に、エネルギー効率を悪化させることなく変速ショックを抑制する。【解決手段】車両用駆動装置は、エンジンと、自動変速機と、自動変速機の入力軸に連係された回生装置とを備える。自動変速機は、高ギヤ段を達成するために締結が必要な第1の摩擦締結要素と、低ギヤ段を達成するために締結が必要な第2の摩擦締結要素とを有する。高ギヤ段から低ギヤ段へのダウンシフト変速時は、第1の摩擦締結要素がスリップ可能になるように当該第1の摩擦締結要素の締結力が減少させられるとともに、当該締結力の減少に伴い上昇する入力軸の回転数が同期回転数に達する同期完了時点の後で第2の摩擦締結要素が締結を完了するように、当該第2の摩擦締結要素の締結力が増大される。また、同期完了時点において回生装置から入力軸に逆トルクが付与されるように、回生装置のモードが回生モードに切り替えられる。【選択図】図6
