To suppress deterioration of an on-vehicle battery.SOLUTION: A charging/discharging control device 50 disclosed here controls charging/discharging of a charging/discharging device 20 which charges/discharges an on-vehicle battery 12 mounted in an electric vehicle 10. The charging/discharging control device is configured to perform: a process of detecting that the electric vehicle 10 is connected with the charging/discharging device 20, a process of acquiring SOC of the on-vehicle battery 12 of the electric vehicle 10 connected with the charging/discharging device 20; a process of acquiring a time of next use and a distance of a next travel of the electric vehicle 10 connected with the charging/discharging device 20; and a process of charging the on-vehicle battery 12 after low SOC is maintained and setting a charging/discharging schedule of the on-vehicle battery 12 of the electric vehicle 10 so as to cause SOC required for the distance of the next travel to remain at the time of the next use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
