To provide an electric vehicle charging/discharging device capable of efficiently charging/discharging a drive battery for an electric vehicle at any time.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle charging/discharging device 10A includes: a power conversion unit 20 that is connected to a power distribution line 101 in a consumer's house at AC side input/output ends; a cable 50 that has a base end connected to DC side input/output ends of the power conversion unit 20 and a tip end which is a connector 51 connected to an electric vehicle 120; and a control unit 30A. The control unit 30A includes: a storage unit 31A that stores past data for at least one past week corresponding to the shortage of generated power of a photovoltaic power generation device 110 relative to power consumption of a load device 111, for each time period; and a contact point control unit 32A that opens/closes a contactor 123 provided on a power supply path within the electric vehicle 120 connected to the connector 51 based on a result of comparison processing by using the past data relative to the same time period as a time period to be controlled on the same day of the week as the day to be controlled and a predetermined first threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
