To provide an inter-electric vehicle charging/discharging device in which it is not necessary to discriminate between a device cable and a vehicle (a charging side and a power supply side) during an inter-electric vehicle charging/discharging time.SOLUTION: An inter-electric vehicle charging/discharging device 301 according to the present invention includes an insulation-type bidirectional converter 10, a first connection circuit 11 connecting a first electric vehicle 21 and one end of the bidirectional converter 10, a second connection circuit 12 connecting a second electric vehicle 22 and the other end of the bidirectional converter 10, and a main control circuit 13 that operates the bidirectional converter 10, the first connection circuit 11, and the second connection circuit 12 so as to charge a travel battery of one of the vehicles (21 or 22) with DC power from a travel battery of the other vehicle (21 or 22).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
