The invention relates to an electric vehicle, a charging and discharging device, and a charging and discharging management system. A resource aggregator provides a novel structure capable of smoothly utilizing a vehicle-mounted battery of the electric vehicle as an energy resource. When an electric vehicle (14) is connected to a charging/discharging device (12), a user (15) selects whether or not to permit power transfer between the charging/discharging device (12) and the electric vehicle (14) through a resource aggregator (13).
