The implementation timing change unit 15 includes a determination block 16 that determines whether a condition for prediction under which entry of the vehicle 1 to the opposing lane is predicted is established, and a setting unit 17 that, when the condition for prediction is established, sets the implementation timing of collision determination to timing which is earlier than timing to be adopted in a case where the condition for prediction is not established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
