The execution time changing unit (15) has: a determination unit (16) that determines whether or not a prediction condition indicating that the vehicle (1) is predicted to enter the opposite lane is satisfied; and a setting unit (17) that, when the prediction condition is satisfied, sets the execution time of the collision determination to a time earlier than when the prediction condition is not satisfied.
