To provide a vehicle navigation path generation method and device, and electronic equipment capable of increasing precision of a navigation path, allowing a vehicle user to avoid the rush hour better, and capable of increasing traveling efficiency.SOLUTION: Attribute information and tracking information of a vehicle are acquired. Deviation information of a vehicle is generated based on current road network information of a road network and the tracking information of a vehicle. Restriction information reliability in a current time zone of each section in a road network is acquired. Restriction information reliability in a current time zone of each section in a road network is updated based on the attribute information and deviation information of a vehicle, and a navigation path of a vehicle is generated based on the restriction information reliability after the update. The restriction information reliability of a road network in a current time zone is updated by attribute information and tracking information updated from a vehicle, thus obtaining real-time vehicle navigation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
