To make an observable longitude band be a broadband.SOLUTION: An observation system 100 includes an observation satellite 110, a ground facility 130 and a communication satellite 120. The observation satellite 110 includes an observation device, a communication device and a propulsion device and flies along a stationary orbit. The ground facility 130 includes a communication device. The communication satellite 120 includes a communication device and flies along the stationary orbit. The observation satellite 110 and the communication satellite 120 come close to each other till a distance less than 10,000 kilometers and communicate with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
