To provide a new electronic interlocking device that reduces a load on a processor for executing logical processing, while solving a problem associated with conventional synchronous processing and fixed-cycle processing.SOLUTION: An electronic interlocking device according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of on-site apparatuses that includes a signal, a turnout and a track circuit; and an interlocking logical part with a built-in computer, which is connected to the on-site apparatus and which executes arithmetic processing of information data on a state of the on-site apparatus. The interlocking logical part processes the information data on the state of each on-site apparatus by utilizing a three-valued logic in which (indefinite) φ is added to ON/OFF.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
