To provide an electronic interlocking device capable of executing control in accordance with on-site device information through nonperiodic processing at the electronic interlocking device.SOLUTION: An electronic interlocking device 1 has an interlocking logical unit 10 that inputs information indicating the state of an on-site device (signal machine 21, switch 22, or track circuit 23) or a lever together with a time stamp or a sequence number at an optional timing, and carries out prescribed outputting in response to the inputted signal. The interlocking logical unit 10 determines whether information necessary for establishing an output among the inputted pieces of information has been prepared.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
