To provide a new electronic interlocking device that enables interlocking logical processing of a plurality of stations and/or line sections.SOLUTION: An electronic interlocking device according to the present invention, which interlock-processes data input from on-site apparatuses at a plurality of stations, comprises at least a controller that has a memory and a control part for executing interlocking logical processing, and a data rewriting terminal that is connected to the electronic interlocking device. The electronic interlocking device interlock-processes the data, which are input from the on-site apparatuses at the plurality of stations, as one or more segment data at each station by the controller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
