PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods to extend control function of on-site apparatuses while guaranteeing safety during test or maintenance of electronic interlocking devices.SOLUTION: When transmission stops under a condition that the permission to use on-site independent control function 34 is given, an electronic terminal 30 shifts to an on-site independent mode. In the on-site independent mode, the electronic terminal 30 continues acquiring information from on-site apparatuses 50 and outputting the information to on-site apparatuses 50. However, the information to be outputted is not acquired from an interlocking logic unit 10, but generated on the basis of not only information which the terminal transaction unit 32 acquires from the on-site apparatuses 50 but also conditions given beforehand.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】電子連動装置の試験時や保守時において、安全性を担保した上で現場機器の制御を継続する技術を提供する。【解決手段】電子端末部30は、現場独立制御機能34の使用許可を受けた状態で伝送が停止すると、現場独立モードに移行する。電子端末部30は、現場独立モードにおいては、現場機器50からの情報取得を継続し、また現場機器50への出力も継続する。但し、出力するための情報は連動論理部10から取得せず、端末処理部32が現場機器50から取得した情報と、予め与えられた条件を元に作成する。【選択図】図3
