To divide the interlocking logic (station control process) into functional units and station units and to make it possible to stop the function of the program abnormally at the function unit or station unit.SOLUTION: An interlocking control system has a first control device provided at a first point, and a second control device and a third control device which are corresponding to each station. The second control device and the third control device corresponding to each station include a communication interface which connects the first control device and station on-site equipment. The first control device includes a station control process which operates on a middleware and is corresponding to each station, and enables process communication between station control processes, and each station on-site equipment can be controlled from the first control device via the communication interface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
