An interlocking turnout control system comprises a track-I and a track-II. The track-I and the track-II form a turnout entrance track. The track-I and the track-II are connected with a moving track. The exit of the moving track is connected to a single turnout exit track. The track-I and the track-II are respectively provided with entrance infrared thru-beam devices. An exit infrared thru-beam device is arranged on the turnout exit track, and a general system box with a main control system is arranged at the turnout of the track. An information receiving device and a track car control system are arranged on a track car, and a brake system is arranged on a roller at the lower end of the track car. When the infrared thru-beam devices obtain that a front vehicle does not pass through the turnout, a control system of a rail vehicle entering the turnout later controls a brake device to work, so that the rail vehicle entering the turnout later stops moving forwards, and the collision condition is prevented.
