To provide a vehicle position estimation system, a vehicle position estimation method, and a vehicle position estimation program when including a plurality of vehicle position estimation units, that avoid competition of these and accurately estimate the vehicle position.SOLUTION: A vehicle position estimation system 10 includes a first estimation unit 11 that estimates the position of a target vehicle based on a satellite positioning system signal and a second estimation unit 12 that estimates the position of the target vehicle based on feature recognition processing results by a recognition unit 3 and feature information acquired by a feature information acquisition unit 5, and uses the estimation result of the second estimation unit 12 in the case of the automatic driving mode in which the target vehicle automatically travels to a destination set along a set driving route in a parking lot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
