To provide a power system capable of performing torque vectoring control even by one motor, for an automobile having electric power or hybrid power, especially for a sports car.SOLUTION: Switching between a first driving mode for transmitting power directly to a first output shaft and a second driving mode for transmitting power directly to a second output shaft is performed, in the state where each revolution speed of right and left wheels traveling approximately straight is approximately equal, in a transient state in which an automobile is shifted to straight travel, or turning travel from the straight travel. Further, switching is performed, between a third driving mode for transmitting power directly to the first output shaft and the second output shaft, and a fourth driving mode for distributing power to the first output shaft and the second output shaft by a differential mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
