PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system capable of performing torque vectoring control in which a torque difference between a right wheel and a left wheel is large and variable rated output control in which a variable torque area is wide, for an electric-power or hybrid-power vehicle, in particular, a sports car.SOLUTION: A power system comprises: a plurality of motors; a first system power transmission mechanism for directly transmitting motor power to a right wheel; a second system power transmission mechanism for directly transmitting motor power to a left wheel; a third system power transmission mechanism for distributing motor power to the right wheel and the left wheel; and a control device for controlling the mechanisms. The control device executes torque vectoring control for controlling a difference in number of motors for transmitting power to the right wheel and the left wheel, and variable rated output control for controlling the sum total of the numbers of motors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
