To provide a guide system and a guide robot, which simply and accurately provide with information according to a request of a user including route guidance without requiring a dedicated application or the like for route guidance when performing route guidance at a place which is needed with guidance to different destinations according to users.SOLUTION: In a guide robot 10 to be a guide section, an address for allowing a user to acquire information according to a request of the user including route information to a destination to be guided is provided to a communication terminal MT held by the user by code information. In a database section 50, an access on the basis of the address provided by the guide section is received and corresponding information is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】利用者によって異なる目的地への案内を要する場所において経路案内を行うに際して、経路案内のための専用アプリ等を要することなく、簡易かつ的確に経路案内を含む利用者の要求に応じた情報の提供を行う案内システム及び案内用ロボットを提供すること。【解決手段】案内部である案内用ロボット10において、利用者に案内すべき目的地への経路情報を含む利用者の要求に応じた情報を取得させるためのアドレスを、コード情報により利用者が保持する通信端末MTに提供し、データベース部50において、案内部で提供されたアドレスに基づくアクセスを受け付けて、対応する情報を提供する。【選択図】図1
