To provide a hybrid-vehicular drive force control apparatus capable of suppressing a deterioration of maximum drive force responsively to the state of a battery.SOLUTION: A configuration enables setting of : a first travel mode where torque is applied to a drive wheel by outputting reactive torque output from a first motor 6 with a second motor 7 outputting maximum torque, at a time when an engine 5 is operated at an upper-limit revolution speed; and a second travel mode where maximum torque is output from the respective drive sources 5, 6, 7 while each rotary element is integrally rotated. In a case where power input to a battery 47 or output therefrom is less than a threshold, setting of the second travel mode is limited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
