PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid-vehicular drive force control apparatus capable of suppressing or preventing a shock caused by the engagement state of an engagement device or a control state of a drive device being switched when forward and reverse are switched over.SOLUTION: A control apparatus, for use in a hybrid vehicle enabled to set at least two travel modes including a series mode and a series-parallel mode, includes: a shift device for switching a travel direction between a forward travel and a reverse travel; and a controller for setting the travel mode. Further, in a case where an operation is performed to switch the travel direction by the shift device, the controller sets a post-travel direction-switching travel mode to be a travel mode that has been set before switching the travel direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
