To provide an automatic operation control device and so on by which changeover from an automatic operation mode to a manual operation mode can be smoothly performed.SOLUTION: An automatic operation control device 1 comprises: a brake pressure control actuator 21 and a throttle opening degree control actuator 22 which control front-back behavior of a vehicle; a steering angle control actuator 20 which controls left-right behavior of the vehicle; and an authority control part 10 which shifts an operation mode of the vehicle to a manual operation mode for stopping control of the actuators 20 to 22 after via a partial automatic operation mode for stopping control of any one of the brake pressure control actuator 21, the throttle opening degree control actuator 22 and the steering angle control actuator 20 when changing the operation mode of the vehicle from the automatic operation mode to the manual operation mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
