PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize reduction in the number of components and vehicle weight and simplification of assembly, and furthermore to surely suppress backward movement of a depression part of a brake pedal upon frontal collision.SOLUTION: A support shaft 20 of a brake pedal 10 is supported by a groove 1408 for supporting the support shaft of a pedal bracket 14 and a lower edge 2804 of a groove 28 for support shaft falling-off of an arm 26. When a vehicle undergoes a frontal collision, a projection 34 is guided to the inclination of a guide 1602 and thus the projection 34 moves to behind and below a vehicle, so that the arm 26 swings downward with a deformation inducing part 1410A for a connection piece as a fulcrum. The support shaft 20 pressed downward by an upper edge 2802 of a groove 28 for support shaft falling-off due to displacement of the groove 28 for support shaft falling-off pushes out a thin width groove part 1409 and falls off downward. An arm part 22 swings with the connection part between a push rod 2402 and the arm part as a fulcrum and a depression part 18 displaced to the front side of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】部品点数の削減化、車両の軽量化、組み立ての簡単化を図りつつ、前面衝突時にブレーキペダルの踏み込み部の後方への移動を確実に抑制する。【解決手段】ブレーキペダル10の支軸20はペダルブラケット14の支軸支持用溝1408で支持されると共に、アーム26の支軸抜落用溝28の下縁2804で支持されている。車両が前面衝突すると、突出部34がガイド1602の傾斜に案内されることで突出部34が車両後方かつ下方に移動するため、アーム26は連結片用変形誘発部1410Aを支点として下方に揺動する。支軸抜落用溝28の変位により、支軸抜落用溝28の上縁2802によって下方に押圧された支軸20は細幅溝部1409を押し広げ下方に抜落する。アーム部22は、プッシュロッド2402との連結箇所を支点として揺動し踏み込み部18が車両前方に変位する。【選択図】図1
