PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive shift control device and so on that are able to switch to manual drive when a driver has become able to reflect his or her intention in driving operation.SOLUTION: In a vehicle with an automatic drive function, an automatic drive ECU controls drive shift between a driver and the automatic drive function. When the vehicle is not in a manual drive mode, the automatic drive ECU detects a first operation, which is a drive operation by the driver, on the basis of operation information, and switches to the drive mode to a cooperation drive mode for making control for the automatic drive function and the drive operation by the driver cooperate with each other. In addition, the automatic drive ECU detects a second operation input, which is a drive operation performed after the first operation and different from the first operation, and switches the drive mode from a cooperation drive state to a manual drive state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
