PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to more reliably move a vehicle to a stopping possible point by automatic operation even if the physical condition of a driver becomes worse.SOLUTION: In an automatic operation control device 10, when worsening of the physical condition of a driver is detected by a driver monitoring device 24, an automatic operation control part 11 controls a steering mechanism 31 and a braking/driving mechanism 32, thereby moving an own vehicle to a stopping possible point by automatic operation. When an override operation by the driver is detected during automatic operation, an override operation detection part 12 causes the automatic operation control part 11 to release automatic operation of the own vehicle. Further, when worsening of the physical condition of the driver is detected, the override operation detection part 12 makes it further difficult to determine driving operation of the driver as override operation compared with the time before detection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】ドライバの体調が悪化した場合でも、より確実に自動運転で車両を停車可能地点まで移動させる。【解決手段】自動運転制御装置10において、ドライバ監視装置24によりドライバの体調悪化が検出されると、自動運転制御部11が、操舵機構31および制駆動機構32を制御して、自動運転により自車両を停車可能地点へ移動させる。オーバーライド操作検出部12は、自動運転中にドライバによるオーバーライド操作が検出されると、自動運転制御部11に自車両の自動運転を解除させる。また、オーバーライド操作検出部12は、ドライバの体調悪化が検出されたときは、検出される前よりも、ドライバの運転操作がオーバーライド操作であると判定され難くする。【選択図】図2
