PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of image recognition in a travel environment during travel in night.SOLUTION: A control part 1 as an object recognition device comprises: a video acquisition part 2 for acquiring a video which is obtained by imaging a front side of an own vehicle; a light distribution acquisition part 3 for acquiring a light distribution state of a headlight of the own vehicle; a change part 4 for changing a recognition condition of a recognition dictionary Q as an object recognition dictionary which is used for object recognition, based on the light distribution state of the headlight acquired by the light distribution acquisition part 3; and a recognition part 5 for, to the video acquired by the video acquisition part 2, performing object recognition based on the recognition dictionary Q to which, the change part 4 changed the recognition condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
