PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermittent mechanism for a vehicle which reduces the synchronized collapse of the rotation of an output member and the rotation of an input member when a sleeve is engaged with the output member more than a conventional intermittent mechanism.SOLUTION: An intermittent mechanism for a vehicle comprises a third spring 104 which makes a ring gear 52 and an outer ring 84 slide-contact with each other at the movement of a movable sleeve 60 to an engagement direction F1, and imparts synchronization torque T to the ring gear 52 and an input shaft 34. Therefore, when the movable sleeve 60 is moved to the engagement direction F1 after the rotation of the ring gear 52 is synchronized with that of the input shaft 34 by a synchronization mechanism 86, since the synchronization torque T is imparted to the ring gear 52 and the input shaft 34 by the slide-contact of the outer ring 84 with the ring gear 52 by an energization force of a third spring 104, the synchronized collapse of the rotation of the ring gear 52 and the rotation of the input shaft 34 at the engagement of the movable sleeve 60 with the ring gear 52 is thereby reduced more than a conventional intermittent device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】スリーブが出力部材に噛み合う時の出力部材の回転と入力部材の回転との同期崩れを従来に比較して低減させる車両用断接機構を提供する。【解決手段】可動スリーブ60の噛合方向F1へ移動時に、リングギヤ52とアウターリング84を摺接させ、リングギヤ52と入力軸34とに同期トルクTを付与する第3スプリング104が備えられている。このため、シンクロ機構86によってリングギヤ52と入力軸34との回転が同期された後、可動スリーブ60が噛合方向F1へ移動する時に、第3スプリング104の付勢力によってアウターリング84がリングギヤ52に摺接してリングギヤ52と入力軸34とに同期トルクTが付与されるので、可動スリーブ60がリングギヤ52に噛み合う時のリングギヤ52の回転と入力軸34の回転との同期崩れが従来に比較して低減する。【選択図】図5
