The control mechanism comprises a fixing part, a handle part, a middle shaft part, a spring and a limiting block, the fixing part comprises a positioning shell, a sliding groove for containing the handle part to slide is formed in the top end of the positioning shell, the positioning shell is provided with the limiting block, and the limiting block is provided with a limiting hole; the handle component comprises a handle body and a spring supporting block, the spring supporting block comprises a rod body and a rod base, a limiting shaft is arranged at the joint of the handle body and the rod body, the limiting shaft is provided with limiting clamping teeth, and the limiting clamping teeth are matched with the limiting hole; the middle shaft part is provided with a guide sliding groove, and a rotating shaft is arranged on the lower portion of the middle shaft part. Latches are arranged in the limiting holes in the inner groove surfaces of the limiting blocks, and the latches of the limiting shafts and the latches staggered up and down in the limiting holes are matched for curvilinear motion, so that the control of the flaps and the slats of the airplane is shifted step by step, gear skipping is avoided, and misoperation is reduced; the spring is pre-compressed by the handle component and the middle shaft component, so that the push-pull hand feeling of the handle is improved.

    本发明公开一种具有间歇式操纵方式的操纵机构,包含固定部件、手柄部件、中轴部件、弹簧和限位块,固定部件包括定位外壳,定位外壳顶端设有容纳手柄部件滑动的滑槽,定位外壳设有限位块,限位块设有限位孔,限位孔设有交错的上卡齿和下卡齿,手柄部件包括手柄主体和弹簧支撑块,弹簧支撑块包括杆体和杆座,手柄主体与杆体的连接处设有限位轴,限位轴设有限位卡齿,限位卡齿与限位孔配合;中轴部件设有导滑槽,中轴部件的下部设有转动轴;在限位块内槽面限位孔设置卡齿,限位轴的卡齿与限位孔上下交错的卡齿配合曲线运动,使飞机襟缝翼的操纵逐级变档,不能跳档,减少了误操作;手柄部件和中轴部件对弹簧进行预压缩,手柄推拉的手感提高。
