The invention discloses an intermittent speed control space unfolding mechanism which comprises a shell. The switching assembly is connected with the spring hinge; the transmission assembly is provided with an input end and an output end and is connected with the switching assembly through the input end; and the speed control assembly can control the unfolding speed of the spring hinge. According to the invention, an existing spring hinge structure does not need to be changed, and continuous rotation of the hinge is converted into intermittent movement, so that the locking impact force of the unfolded hinge is greatly reduced; a harmonic transmission mechanism is used in the transmission assembly to replace a multi-stage gear set, the functions of increasing the rotating speed and reducing the torque are achieved, the composition of a transmission wheel train is simplified, and the machining and assembling difficulty is reduced; the harmonic transmission mechanism is used for replacing a multi-stage gear set, the transient free rotation process generated due to the existence of gear tooth back clearances when the speed control mechanism is started can be restrained, therefore, the radial shearing impact on an escape wheel rotating shaft and a slip rotating shaft is reduced, and the reliability of the assembly is improved.

    本发明公开了一种间歇式控速空间展开机构,包括外壳;以及转接组件,其与弹簧铰链相连;传动组件,具有输入端和输出端,通过所述输入端与所述转接组件相连;控速组件,所述控速组件能够控制所述弹簧铰链的展开速度。本发明无需改变现有弹簧铰链结构,使铰链的连续转动转变为间歇性运动,使得展开铰链锁定冲击力大幅降低;在传动组件中使用了谐波传动机构代替多级齿轮组,实现增加转速减小扭矩的功能,简化了传动轮系组成,降低了加工和装配难度;使用谐波传动机构取代多级齿轮组,能够抑制控速机构启动时的因为轮齿背隙的存在产生的短暂自由转动过程,从而降低了对擒纵轮转轴和卡瓦转轴的径向剪切冲击,提高了组件可靠性。
