The invention provides a high-unfolding-folding-ratio unfolding mechanism suitable for a space environment. The unfolding mechanism comprises an upper structural plate, two limiting sleeves, two winding drums, two strip-shaped springs and a load mounting plate, wherein the upper structural plate is fixed on a detector, and the unfolding mechanism is integrally and fixedly connected with the detector; the two winding drums are located in the two limiting sleeves correspondingly and driven by a motor to rotate in a linkage mode, and synchronously drive the two strip-shaped springs to be wound and released; one ends of the two strip-shaped springs are fixed to the winding drums, and the extending ends, connected with the load mounting plate and drive the load mounting plate to ascend and descend; and the load mounting plate is used for a load task execution unit. According to the unfolding mechanism, the strip-shaped springs with the arc-shaped sections are adopted as core parts, so flexible folding and rigid unfolding of the unfolding mechanism are achieved; and the size and the length in the folded state are small, a supporting structure with certain rigidity can be obtained after unfolding, and the technical problems that a traditional unfolding mechanism cannot achieve the large unfolding-folding ratio, light weight and the like are solved.

    本发明提供了一种适用于空间环境的大展收比展开机构,该展开机构包括上结构板、两组限位套、两组卷筒、两组带状弹簧、以及载荷安装板;其中,上结构板固定在探测器上,将展开机构整体与探测器固连;两组卷筒分别位于两限位套中,在电机驱动下两组卷筒联动回转,同步带动两组带状弹簧卷绕与释放;两组带状弹簧一端固定在卷筒上,伸出端与载荷安装板连接,带动载荷安装板上升及下降;载荷安装板用于负载任务的执行单元。本发明中展开机构,采用弧形截面带状弹簧作为核心零件,实现了展开机构的柔性收拢与刚性展开;收拢状态下的体积和长度均较小,展开后可得到具有一定刚度的支撑结构,解决了传统展开机构无法实现的大展收比、重量轻等技术难题。
