The invention discloses an intermittent stable equidistant winding control adjusting mechanism. The intermittent stable equidistant winding control adjusting mechanism comprises fixing plates, a supporting frame, winding limiting wheels, a lifting connecting steel wire rope, a fixing supporting plate, a lifting control device, an electric hydraulic push rod, a fixing frame, a fastening locking disc and a steering control device. The fixing plates are symmetrically and fixedly installed on two ends of the supporting frame. The lifting control device is installed in the middle of the supporting frame through the fixing supporting plate, the steering control device is installed in the middle of the front end of the fixing supporting plate, and the winding limiting wheels are fixedly installed at the front end of the fixing supporting plate. In the using process of the intermittent stable equidistant winding control adjusting mechanism, intermittent lifting control can be conducted on a conveying frame containing materials, a lifting connecting steel wire rope is stable and does not slide off within the lifting stopping time, the lifting distance of the lifting connecting steel wire rope can be controlled and adjusted each time, and feeding of construction positions with different distances is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种间歇式稳定等距收卷控制调节机构,包括固定板、支撑框、收卷限位轮、升降连接钢丝绳、固定支撑板、升降控制装置、电动液压推杆、固定架、紧固锁死盘和转向控制装置,所述固定板对称固定安装在支撑框的两端,所述升降控制装置通过固定支撑板安装在支撑框的中部,所述转向控制装置安装在固定支撑板的前端中部,所述收卷限位轮固定安装在固定支撑板的前端。本发明使用的过程中可以将装有物料的输送框进行间歇式的升降控制,并且升降停止的时间内升降连接钢丝绳稳定不会滑落,并且升降连接钢丝绳每次的升降间距可以进行控制和调节,实现对不同间距的施工处送料。
