PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-driven brake comprising an electric motor and a lock mechanism on wheels, which can prevent control interference between a normal brake and a parking brake, and save electric power.SOLUTION: Control means (CTL) drives an electric motor (MTR) generating force that presses a friction member (MSB) to a rotation member (KTB) and a lock mechanism (LOK) that applies a parking brake effectively. The control means (CTL) determines whether or not the lock mechanism (LOK) is maintained in an engaged state when a manipulated variable (Bpa) of a braking operation member (BP) increases. When it is determined that the lock mechanism is not maintained in the engaged state, electric power supply amounts (Imt and Ima) to the electric motor (MTR) are monotonously increased with an increase in the manipulated variable (Bpa), and when it is determined that the lock mechanism is maintained in the engaged state, the electric power supply amounts (Imt and Ima) to the electric motor (MTR) are limited to preset limiting values (imj and zero).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】 車輪において、1つの電気モータとロック機構で構成される電動制動装置において、通常ブレーキと駐車ブレーキとの制御干渉が防止されるとともに、省電力であるものを提供する。【解決手段】 制御手段(CTL)は、回転部材(KTB)に摩擦部材(MSB)を押圧する力を発生する電気モータ(MTR)と、駐車ブレーキを効かせるロック機構(LOK)とを駆動する。制御手段(CTL)は、制動操作部材(BP)の操作量(Bpa)が増加したときに、ロック機構(LOK)が係合状態を維持する係合維持状態であるか、否かを判定し、係合維持状態ではないことを判定する場合には、操作量(Bpa)の増加にしたがって電気モータ(MTR)への通電量(Imt、Ima)を単調増加し、係合維持状態であることを判定する場合には、電気モータ(MTR)への通電量(Imt、Ima)を予め設定された制限値(imj、ゼロ)に制限する。【選択図】 図9
